Competency Adventure at Emerita Augusta

MOTIVATION

This is not a ususal class or workshop. We are facing a dynamic in an online simulator where up to 12 participants can work together to reach common goals, both personal and team goals that the team will have to achieve in the scenario of Emerita Augusta.

Professionals from different companies and/or sectors, but with common goals, get together in this immersive session to:

DEVELOPMENT

The workshop has four parts: 

• 
  

  MLEI:participants fill out the MLEI test (based in the Eneagram, a system for classifying personality, witha test developed by John Mattone, Steve Jobs' coach and creator of Intelligent Leadership) and send the results to the facilitator for their analysis and creation of the personal report.

  
  


• 
  

  Character creation: participants create the character with which they will participate in the session, the avatars physical traits and their psychological and experiece-absed traits (name, profession, age, personal background, values, goals...). This characters can be completely made up, baseed in someone the particpant knows or a famous person, or even themselves.

  
  


• 
  

  Session + feedback: for two hours, participants will face different conflicts in Emerita and they will solve various situations to achieve the established goals.At the end, the facilitator will give them feedback about the development of the sessions, highlighting the strengths detected and pointing out improvement posibilities.

  Personal report:a few days later, the participants will recieve a short report with the reults of the MLEI, pointing out the qualities of their Eneagram number and some possibilities for personal development.

  
  

TRAINERS

Lucía Márquez de la plata

Lucía has a degree in Media Studies, a master in creativity and TV scriptwriting, an MBA specialized in project management, is PMP, internal auditor for project management ISO 21500 by Bureau Veritas. Professional coach certified by ICF, MBTI practitioner and certified in Intelligent Leadership by John Mattone.

Her more than ten years of experience working in every type of TV-formats encouraged her to created her own methodology, Okapia Tools, where she designed, developed and conducted interactive experiences and serious games for talent management with C-Level executives. Trainer, consultant and speaker. Bilingual English-Spanish; has lived in the United States for three years.
