Motivation
Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMP@ Project Management Professional certification is the certification in project management with greatest recognition in the world. PMP© certification is always among the first five in any impact ranking. PMI is present un more than 200 countries and there are more than 1.000.000 certified PMPs in the world.
The number of PMPs is a relevant element in the awarding of important engineering and construction projects.
PMI expects 87,7 million project managers will be needed in the world by 2027.
Through the presentation of the contents included in the 6th edition of the PMBoK© Guide and the Agile Practice Guide, the students will obtain and excelent preparation to face the certification exam.
Agenda
This course will present its study materioa based on the Exam Content Outline of the Project Management Institute©.
The course is adapted to the latest version of the exam, in force since January 2nd, 2021.

Methodology
The course will be delivered in live sessiones with the students accesing a live streaming, what allows a fluid interaction with the trainer. This, combined with the Q&A forum, accelerates significantly the learning curve.

Pedro Balsa is a Mining Engineer, Project Manager certified PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner, Master MBA and MAster in eco-audit. Currently is CEO of Leapman S.L and First Vicepresident of PMI Madrid Chapter.
He has imparted dozens of courses in areas such as PMP certifications, project management, PMO, Hybrid projects and agile methodologies. He also has many publications and has presented in lectures and conferences.
Expert in project management, programs ans PMO implantations in the areas of construction, oil&gas, mining and energy. He has led transforation projects in many countries in Europe and America. He has occupied many executive positions in multinational companies. He's been included in the 2015 edition of the Worldwide Who's of Professional Executives and Entrepreneurs.
Some sessions may be imparted by other professionals with the PMP certifcations and outstanding experience in project management.
