On october 27th took place the webinar "Efficient management of remote work: Have we really learnt how to work remotely?", organized by Madrid Network, with Gema Sanz as moderator and Pedro Balsa,, CEO of Leapman, and Lucía Márquez de la Plata, partner for Agile and Serious Games, as speakers.
The current situation has accelerated remote work in sectros that until now had not even thought about it. Both the pandemy and the new generations, according to a servey of 2020 a 64% of millennials prefer a bigger share of remote work, have generated a huge change to which we need to adjust and a new playing field in which we need to learn to work.
Team management in allocated works is not easy and, in order to achieve it, we need to know the tools, processes and soft skills that come into play with more strength in this working modality.
In addition, during the webinar two surveys were launched were we discovered that the participants thought that remote work increases our productivity and that the greatest probles they had encountered in remote work are related with working extra hours, lack of communication and lack of concentration.
