Lead Your Shift with Operational Discipline and Visible Safety Leadership

1. Introduction

In industrial and mining operations, frontline supervisors connect management’s strategy with work on the ground. They are responsible for the continuity and efficiency of each shift. This course strengthens frontline leadership through three areas: operational discipline, a visible safety culture and awareness of regulatory requirements. Through case studies, role-plays and simulations, you will gain tools to manage the human side of operations and strengthen team accountability from your very next shift.

  • Format: Blended, with live online sessions and independent work

  • Duration: 8 hours

  • Group size: 15 to 20 participants

  • Level: Professional course, EQF Level 5
